McCall, ID

We went to McCall for the weekend of Feb. 15-17th, and ended up having a cylinder in our car misfire and require a part that no one up there had, so we waited for it to come in on Tuesday, and finally got home that afternoon. It ended up being really fun, thanks to our brother-in-law, Travis and Jason's sister, Stephanie, letting us bunk out in their fabulous cabin! We got to go cross country skiing again and enjoy so much the beautiful snow!

I left Jas a message in the snow, and he came back with the 2 and the sign language for love in the shadow. How sweet.

This is my friend, Sara. We stayed with them for the weekend as planned, and they left on Sunday, as planned. But we did go skiing with them on Saturday night. Sara's skis and boots didn't match, so after 30 minutes of trying to make it work, Jas and John spotted a tobaggan and they took turns pulling her - we laughed about it...afterward! She was a trooper!

We had extra time to hang out in McCall, so we went by the Winter Carnival Ice Carvings to see the remains of a few weeks ago.

Jas made a lovely dinner for us while I played the guitar. It was fun to be stranded in such a nice place!
